Refund Policy for balid1visa.com
At balid1visa.com, a service of Juaraholding, we are dedicated to providing exceptional consulting services for your Bali D1 Multi-Entry Visa application. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your application. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our visa consulting services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Scope of Services
This policy applies specifically to the consulting fees paid to balid1visa.com for the preparation, review, and submission assistance of your Bali D1 Multi-Entry Visa application. It does not cover fees paid directly to the Indonesian government or any third-party service providers (e.g., courier services, translation services) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refund eligibility is strictly determined by the stage of your visa application process with balid1visa.com:
2.1. Before Government Submission
If you decide to cancel your visa consulting service before your application documents have been officially submitted to the Indonesian immigration authorities (or the relevant government portal) by balid1visa.com, you are eligible for a partial refund.
- Refund Amount: You will receive a refund equivalent to 80% of the total consulting fee paid to balid1visa.com.
- Deduction Rationale: The remaining 20% is retained to cover administrative costs, initial consultation time, document review, pre-processing efforts, communication, and operational expenses incurred by balid1visa.com up to the point of cancellation. This covers the significant work involved in preparing your application for submission, even if it hasn’t been sent to the government yet.
2.2. After Government Submission
Once your visa application documents have been officially submitted by balid1visa.com to the Indonesian immigration authorities (or the relevant government portal), our primary consulting service is considered rendered. At this stage, regardless of the outcome of the visa application, we regret that we cannot offer any refunds.
- Refund Amount: 0% (No Refund) of the consulting fee will be issued.
- Rationale: The majority of our work and intellectual property has been expended in preparing and submitting your application. Government visa fees are typically non-refundable once submitted, and our consulting service fee reflects the expertise and effort required to reach this stage.
3. Exclusions from Refund Eligibility
The following circumstances are strictly excluded from any refund eligibility, regardless of the stage of application:
- Visa Rejection by Immigration Authorities: If your visa application is rejected or denied by the Indonesian immigration authorities for reasons beyond the control or fault of balid1visa.com, no refund will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The applicant providing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
- The applicant having a previous immigration violation, criminal record, or being deemed inadmissible by Indonesian law.
- The applicant failing to meet the eligibility criteria set by the Indonesian government (e.g., insufficient funds, unsuitable sponsor, passport validity issues) even if these issues arise after submission.
- Changes in government policies, regulations, or processing procedures that occur after submission and affect the applicant’s eligibility or approval.
- The applicant failing to attend required interviews, provide additional requested documents, or comply with any other government requirements.
Our service is to assist with the application process, not to guarantee visa approval, which remains solely at the discretion of the Indonesian government.
- Client Withdrawal After Government Submission: If the client decides to withdraw their application after it has been submitted to the government, no refund will be issued.
- Force Majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, government shutdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting visa processing, do not qualify for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must send a formal refund request via email to our dedicated support address:

Your email must include:

Any bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
